This Privacy Policy applies to the Reflecto mobile application (hereby referred to as "Application", "App", or "Service") developed by Spider Laboratory for mobile devices.

1. Information Collection and Use

For a better experience while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information. The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy.

The app does use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you or analyze overall app usage and stability.

2.1. User Content (Journal Entries & Audio Notes)

We believe your personal insights should remain private. Your journal entries, card readings, emotion selections, and recorded audio notes are stored locally on your device or in backup archives generated by you. We do not collect, transmit, or store your private journal records or audio recordings on our servers.

2.2. Automatically Collected Information

When you use the Application, we and our third-party service providers automatically collect certain diagnostic and performance information, including:

• Device Information: Your mobile device's unique ID, device model, operating system version, and general system configuration.
• Usage Data & Analytics: Interactions with the app, screen transitions, card draw techniques used, and general feature engagement to help us improve user experience.
• Diagnostics and Crash Logs: Anonymous crash reports and stability logs via Firebase Crashlytics to help us identify bugs and ensure smooth performance.

2.3. Financial Information

If you choose to make in-app purchases or unlock premium features/decks, your transaction history is managed securely via third-party providers such as RevenueCat, Google Play Store, or Apple App Store. We do not collect or store your sensitive payment details (such as credit card numbers).

3. How We Use Your Data

We use the limited diagnostic and analytics data collected for the following purposes:

• To provide, maintain, and continuously enhance the App and therapeutic features.
• To process and manage in-app purchases and content entitlements.
• To analyze performance trends and understand how users engage with metaphoric cards and spreads.
• To detect, prevent, and troubleshoot technical anomalies or crashes.

4. Data Retention and Security

We retain diagnostic data only for as long as necessary for testing and stability improvement. Your personal journal entries remain under your sole control on your device. Any external analytics data transmitted between the App and our third-party services is encrypted in transit using industry-standard protocols (HTTPS/TLS).

5. Children’s Privacy

These Services do not directly address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information on our servers, we immediately delete this. If you are a parent or guardian and become aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
