Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the MyPass mobile application (the "App") operated by SLaboratory ("we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using MyPass, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use the App.

1. User Responsibility for Master Password & Data

⚠️ Important Notice: Because MyPass employs zero-knowledge local encryption, we cannot recover or reset your master password. If you lose or forget your master password, your encrypted data cannot be decrypted or restored by anyone, including the developers.

The App integrates with Google Drive (for backup storage) and Google Play Services. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, security, or performance of third-party cloud infrastructure.

MyPass is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

While we apply industry-standard cryptographic techniques, we cannot guarantee that the App will be 100% error-free, uninterrupted, or immune to emerging security threats on compromised/rooted devices.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall SLaboratory, its developers, or contributors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of data, loss of access, corruption of files, or unauthorized access to credentials resulting from device compromise, malware, or lost master passwords.

You may terminate your use of the App at any time by uninstalling the application from your device.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be noted by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
